ATCS have a small management team headed by Ann Tuplin Managing Director and Noel Tuplin Financial Director, who are assisted by Michele Briggs Registered Manager and Sophie Wilson Assistant Manager.
Having a small management team enables us to keep focussed on the company ethos which is “QUALITY NOT QUANTITY”, deliver a personal service and respond quickly to changes within the care industry.
ATCS have two Co-ordinators who are experienced care workers and have NVQ or equivalent qualifications in care and administration, are continuing to study for higher levels including QCF Level 5, and keep up to date with any relevant training and updates delivered to the care and support workers.
The Co-ordinators are fully conversant with all of the service users, the complexity of their requirements and their families. To ensure consistency and continuity the co-ordinators are able to act as care/support workers maintaining our 100% record of no missed calls
